Ruth has been a mortgage broker and real estate agent for over 20 years, giving her a truly comprehensive perspective of mortgage financing. Having already co-founded Champion Real Estate Inc., Ruth identified the need for a dynamic, independent mortgage brokerage dedicated to client education and service. Champion Mortgage Inc. has indeed filled that need. Ruth is a long-time member of the Mississauga and Toronto Real Estate Boards, and the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario.
Ruth supports many local charities and enjoys playing golf and badminton.
Chris Hudson

With 25 years experience in real estate and 20 years as a mortgage agent, Chris provides her clients with expert advice on every aspect of the mortgage process. She is dedicated to maintaining a global financial awareness, and can advise you about shifts in market trends and their effect on your mortgage needs. Chris has particularly specialized expertise to share with clients who are purchasing investment or retirement properties.
Chris credits much of her referral business to her active community involvement. Among other activities, she volunteers at the Royal Botanical Gardens and is an aspiring artist in her spare time.
Mike Adlam

Mike, a co-founder of both Champion Real Estate Inc. and Champion Mortgage Inc., has been a real estate agent and member of the Mississauga and Toronto Real Estate Boards for more than 30 years. Becoming a mortgage agent was a natural progression of his desire to provide clients with first-class, personalized service. With his extensive background, you can rest assured that Mike will offer expert guidance at every stage of your real estate purchase.
Mike has coached many minor hockey teams and is currently helping out a Mississauga women’s recreational team. Mike dabbles in art, including drawing and water colour.

Doug is an alumnus of the University of Guelph and long-time resident of the city. As a mortgage agent, he has built a reputation for creative thinking always looking for new ways to save his clients money. He is a strong communicator, invaluable in guiding clients through important mortgage decisions. As a manager, Doug constantly challenges the entire Guelph team to raise the bar for client satisfaction.
Doug is an active supporter of the Canadian Cancer Society as well as the ALS Society of Canada. Outside of the office Doug spends his time in the hockey rink or helping upcoming Entrepreneurs at the University of Guelph.
Dylan Furlong, BA Hons

With an educational background in Economics and Political Science, Dylan has a strong understanding of the Canadian mortgage market and its financial systems. Dylan strives to understand his clients needs and goals and secure the optimum mortgage product for each situation. He is committed to building long-lasting relationships with every client.
Dylan is a native of Guelph and a former member of the Guelph Gryphons hockey team. He is also a keen fundraiser for the Canadian Cancer Society.
Cathy Okrafka, BA

Cathy’s passion in life is people, as evidenced by her 25 years experience in customer service and client care. Even her degree (History and Geography) focused on people, their lives and their customs. Cathy is in charge of client relations for the Guelph office. She will make all your appointments, answer your telephone queries, and follow up with your lawyer on closing. Her primary goal is to make your mortgage experience smooth, relaxed, and enjoyable.
A great proponent of community involvement, Cathy has long volunteered on the board of the Rockton World’s Fair.
